Returns and Exchanges

Because matte porcelain design jewelry is handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@matteporcelaindesign.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate, and will cover any necessary shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered on a case by case basis for unworn, unused pieces in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back.

If an exchange is approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement item unless the original order was damaged or incorrect.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Custom and personalized pieces

Custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Final sale and clearance

Items marked final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift cards

Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
